Yes, and no. Personal training is a great way to achieve weight loss – no matter whether you’ve got 10, 20, 30 kg (or more) to lose, or you just want to get rid of those pesky last 5 kgs! And…
Personal training also helps you achieve a number of other fitness goals, such as:

What is life-coaching?
Life coaching is a personal and motivational training approach. Unlike therapists that help with specific issues by looking to the past, life coaches focus on the present and future to help you elevate your overall performance, uncover your true potential and realize your dreams.

As your life coach, Jo will accompany you on a journey of self-discovery, training your mind to recognize your current circumstances, clarify your objectives, and devise and execute a workable plan to achieve the life you long for.

What is hypnotherapy?
During hypnotherapy, you’ll enter into a trance-like state of concentration and focus, with a little help from a qualified hypnotherapist. It’s a bit like the state you’re in when you’re deeply involved in a task such as reading a book, playing a computer game, watching a movie or even deep in thought.

In this state, you will be free to eliminate old behaviours that have been holding you back and will begin to establish new thoughts and patterns that will lead you to the success you desire and deserve.

What is meant by clinical hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy involves using advanced methods of hypnosis and other techniques to help you to overcome mental, emotional and behavioural obstacles.
What is strategic psychotherapy?
Working synergistically with clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy involves the use of practical psychology approaches including behavioural and cognitive psychology to assist in breaking old destructive behaviour patterns and building new advantageous behaviours and habits.
During hypnosis, will I be asked to do anything against my will?
No. You will not do anything against your will as is commonly believed. People will not do or say anything under hypnosis that they would not normally do. In fact, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotherapist simply makes suggestions; it is up to you whether you act upon them or not. And should you wish to ‘wake up’ at any time, you only need to open your eyes.
